During the onboarding week, I learned to to navigate the CRM, Slack and the Google drive. There was a learning curve to Hubspot as I had never used a CRM service, but now feel proficient and can add companies and contacts quicker.
I have enjoyed getting to know the team and learning random facts about them. I am looking forward to see if we can get some leads on the companies we are sourcing and seeing if they are a feasible potential acquisition. Also, hopping on calls with management teams will help me gain a better understanding of the CAM model which I am still getting used to.
